Stephen Rollestone joined the PMI Victorian History Library board in May, we are very glad to welcome him to the PMI Victorian History Library Community.
He is a strategic creative professional with over 17 years of experience working across commercial, government, and not-for-profit organisations. His work focuses on helping organisations clarify their purpose, align stakeholders, build strategy, and translate it into clear, effective communication and experiences across brand, marketing, and digital.
As part of this strategic focus, he founded a practice with a core mission to support not-for-profit and community organisations, as well as social and environmental enterprises. Through this work, he partners with mission-driven teams to balance purpose, resources, and long-term sustainability.
The PMI’s ongoing work in preserving and sharing Victorian history is something he is keen to support. He sees opportunities to strengthen visibility, access, and connection to the library’s collections and activities, while respecting the strengths and foundations already in place.
He would bring a thoughtful, strategic perspective to the Board, along with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. He values the role the PMI plays in the community and would welcome the opportunity to contribute to its ongoing work.
