Lending Policy
We keep your lending cards at the library so you do not have to remember to bring them with you. Quote your name and membership number for identification when you borrow items.
The standard loan period is 3 weeks.
New members may borrow 3 items at a time for the first six months of membership. There is virtually no limit to the number of items you may borrow after that period.
Items may be reserved for free by email (library@pmi.net.au) or over the phone (9510 3393).
Loans may be renewed for free by email (library@pmi.net.au) or over the phone (9510 3393), and there is no limit on the number of times an item may be renewed (as long as no-one else has reserved the item).
No overdue fines are incurred on items up to one week overdue. After the first week, overdue items attract a fine of 25c per item per week.
There is a return book chute at the front of the library, west of the main entrance, for after-hours returns.
