Come along to find out how Family History Connections can assist in researching your family history.
The Australian Institute of Genealogical Studies Inc. was founded in 1973 to promote family history and allied genealogical studies and to educate people in genealogical research.
In 2018, a new registered business name was launched – Family History Connections – to better reflect the work of the organisation. FHC is a Library and Resource Centre located in Blackburn and staffed by volunteers for the benefit of members and visitors.
The FHC have a very comprehensive, ever-growing collection of family history resources available to both members and day visitors researching their family history.
This event is presented as part of the 2018 National Family History Month.
